Returns and Exchanges


We believe in 100% customer satisfaction.  We inspect each hat multiple times prior to shipping, however in the rare event that you receive a hat with a body defect, we will issue a full refund or replacement, excluding shipping charges. If you are unhappy with your order, we are happy to accept a return or exchange within 30 days of its receipt. This does not include the original shipping cost. Also, customers are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item to our facility. If there is an issue such as a defect or damaged item please contact us before sending any item back. Every return or exchange must be authorized by a staff member.
